Job Description

As a Strategic Business Development Leader for our Sales and Human Resources division, you will be responsible for growing revenue and profit within your area of responsibility. You will lead and empower your team to thrive, managing a team of Business Managers and Business Leads, and focus on supporting their professional growth and performance.

You will also be responsible for supporting the broader business in achieving their strategic objectives. This includes running a 360° recruitment desk in the business support, sales, and human resources market, and leading and executing on divisional and company-wide sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Business Managers and Business Leads
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage deliverables to clients
  • Manage a 360° recruitment desk in the business support, sales, and human resources market
  • Contribute to the development of the broader business strategy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deep experience within the business support, human resources, and sales recruitment market
  • A proven track record of success in leading high-performing recruitment teams
  • Extensive sales experience and expertise
  • Strong evidence of billing capability
  • Collaborative in nature
  • Hungry to grow and thrive
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus a market-leading commission structure. You will also have access to flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
