Caring for Retired Greyhounds

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Greyhound Kennel Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the daily needs of retired greyhounds are met.
As a Greyhound Kennel Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care and attention to the animals in our kennels. This includes feeding, watering, exercising, and providing enrichment activities to enhance their well-being.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, with experience handling larger breed dogs, preferably in an animal shelter or kennel setting. A strong understanding of animal care and welfare principles is essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office and records maintenance. Post-secondary studies in animal care or a related field are desirable, but not mandatory.
