Strategic Human Resources Manager

The role of HR Business Partner is a strategic and operational position that plays a critical part in the success of our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to provide expert guidance on human resources matters.
Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to support business operations and goals, developing HR policies and procedures that align with the global HR strategy, and delivering key employee lifecycle activities. Additionally, the role requires managing benefits, WHS and workers' compensation, and supporting immigration needs and compliance across Australia.
Requirements for this role include 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex matrix global environment, experience in the financial services industry or professional services firm, and the ability to communicate at senior levels of the business. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with a large global HR ecosystem and be able to deliver HR strategic projects.
