Guest Experience Excellence is a key differentiator in the hotel industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests by ensuring smooth and efficient hotel operations during the overnight shift.

As Assistant Night Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing nightly operations, collaborating with overnight departments to ensure excellence in overnight service aligned to our service standards. You will also manage guest relations, own and resolve any complaints or issues that arise, anticipate guest needs, and resolve escalated issues promptly. Conducting night audits to ensure financial transactions and reports are accurate, as well as conducting regular property checks to ensure the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff, are also key responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems.
  • High attention to detail and strong operational oversight.
  • A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance.
