The Role

As a Customer Excellence Representative, you will conduct thorough assessments of claims to ensure accuracy and determine the appropriate course of action.

You will serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, such as insurers, repair shops, and towing companies.

Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, on-hire staff, and senior management, to ensure seamless service delivery and claim resolution.

Perform detailed investigations to gather all necessary information and documentation.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding clients through the claims process, and providing timely updates.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and decisions, and prepare reports or updates as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in customer service (preferred but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts, finishing by 9:30 pm (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with strong administrative skills.
  • Enthusiastic and empathetic personality.
