Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Programs Coordinator to join our team at Zoii Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of our surf therapy programs across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team, driving our national programs forward during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the delivery of surf therapy programs across Australia
  • Plan, organise and support community engagement of programs
  • Support the collection of impact data and program evaluation
  • Provide expert administration support to facilitators across Australia
  • Manage key program relationships with stakeholders, including schools, mental health services, and community groups
  • Oversee intake and referral process of program participants using CRM (Salesforce)
  • Develop and update program resources
  • Ensure safety management plans are in place at each location
  • Develop and manage participant engagement with upcoming programs
  • Support with grant application writing
  • Manage governance related to surf school accreditation
Requirements
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in business, social sciences/human services, communications, or a related area
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a high attention to detail
  • CRM database skills
  • Strong organisation, administration, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating programs/projects
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience managing and planning own work to achieve within time constraints
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience working collaboratively and effectively in a team
  • Proven ability synthesising information to produce succinct and on-topic documents and reports
Desirable Criteria
  • Clinical mental health experience within psychology, occupational therapy, social work, mental health nursing, or other relevant fields
  • Understanding and experience with mental health programming
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining relevant partnerships
  • Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills with demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships to achieve organisational outcomes
  • Experience using Salesforce
