About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will assist the Program Manager in effectively managing global, local programs/projects working onsite with our client, global tech giant Amazon. Your main focus will be on ensuring successful program implementation, stakeholder satisfaction, and the achievement of program benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing global programs and customized projects, coordinating program activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring the successful implementation of program objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and satisfaction levels, proactively addressing stakeholder needs and concerns, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring a high level of stakeholder satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
- Collect and analyze data related to program performance, stakeholder feedback, and sustainability metrics, preparing regular reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations, to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective coordination and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors involved in program delivery.
- Identify and assess program risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management processes, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize disruptions and ensure the successful achievement of program objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in facilities, program, or project management is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of sustainable practices in the built environment.
- Possesses strong analytical skills to review and analyze program data, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
- A strong drive for continuous improvement and a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
