Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate events, workshops, and networking events for the Business Career Mentoring Program, internships, study tours, executive partners, and other programs.
  • Work closely with the Program Services Manager, Dean of Programs, Internships, UniSA International, Business Student Hub, and other Academic staff members within UniSA Business.
  • Represent the Business School and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, graduates, alumni, and industry partners.

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated understanding of contemporary business and project management principles.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to liaise, influence, and facilitate negotiations at all levels to overcome obstacles and barriers.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management abilities, flexibility, initiative, and experience in operating in a busy and complex team environment and dealing effectively with competing demands to produce high-quality outcomes in limited time frames.
