Ensuring quality is at the forefront of our operations, we require a dedicated leader to oversee our Quality Assurance processes. Located in Greenham Gippsland, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of quality beef and beef products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of QA Officers to maintain our Quality Management System, ensuring seamless delivery of quality products that meet regulatory standards.
  • Maintain operational efficiency by monitoring QA practices and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Perform daily quality control procedures, lead the team, and oversee QA tasks to guarantee product quality and compliance.
  • Support strategic goals through effective management of QA practices and data analysis.
  • Analyze quality reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to prevent defects.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene standards, export regulations, and domestic requirements for all products.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supervising Quality Assurance programs and managing teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of safe working practices, including adherence to industry regulations.
  • Aus-meat and/or MSA qualifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
