Quality Assurance Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality products. As an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee daily quality control procedures, lead a team, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of QA Officers to maintain our Quality Management System.
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality products by monitoring QA practices.
- Perform daily quality control procedures and oversee QA tasks.
- Initiate corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Assist in preparing QA reports, analyzing CAR/NCRs, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures.
- Experience supervising Quality Assurance and Management programs.
- Knowledge and application of safe working practices.
- Aus-meat and/or MSA qualifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Effective communication and computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to getting things right the first time.
