We are seeking a seasoned laboratory professional to lead our quality team in sustainable aquaculture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science and laboratory operations, with experience in leading teams and driving excellence in quality control testing and audits.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced laboratory environment and is passionate about inspiring and coaching a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the laboratory team, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Conducting and overseeing quality assurance testing of raw materials and finished products
  • Maintaining production processes and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in science or laboratory-related field (or equivalent qualification)
  • 4–5 years of laboratory or quality assurance experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team
