An exciting new opportunity has become available in the dynamic Shared Services team at Chandler Macleod. Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD Corporate offices, this role offers a unique chance to work on ensuring accurate and efficient completion of SBES AP, accounting, and reporting requirements.

**Job Purpose:**

The purpose of the Shared Services team is to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for timely processing of supplier invoices, reconciliation of supplier statements, and preparing cash flow relating to payments to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and approve supplier invoices within tight deadlines
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and analyse cash flow reports related to payments to suppliers
  • Provide timely assistance in resolving PO approval queries
  • Manage forecasts and local and international payments

**About You:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience (up to 5 years) in a full Accounts Payable function. You should be curious to learn and expand your skills, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a full Accounts Payable function
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with senior managers and leadership teams
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel and SAP
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable but not essential

Based on the location and industry, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
