We use our Salesforce technology stack, including Zuora, NetSuite & Tableau, to record, evaluate, and interpret financial data to identify gaps, trends, and areas of improvement which actively make us better for our people, clients, and communities.

What You'll Do

As an Accounts and Financial Operations Specialist, you'll join our Finance Team, reporting to the Finance Manager, and be responsible for a broad range of accounting tasks that support the wider business.

  • Process new business and renewal contracts in our billing system, ensuring all paperwork is complete.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries specific to invoicing.
  • Identify the cause and solution for various customer queries, working with other departments to resolve and reconcile incorrect details on client accounts.
  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks, getting exposure to our reporting system, NetSuite.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
