About the Position:
  • This leader will be responsible for guiding a team that provides solution-focused services to support student wellbeing.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the College Executive, Inclusive Education, Pastoral Care Teachers, Chaplains, and other relevant roles to enhance student wellbeing and personal learning outcomes.
  • Developing strategies to promote student social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing is also a key responsibility.

This role requires a commitment to evangelical and Biblically-based beliefs, values, and practices that support Christian education.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in educational settings, with a passion for leading and developing teams. They will be able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to support student wellbeing.
