As a Wellbeing Assistant at Silkwood School, you will be at the forefront of supporting student wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver on student wellbeing initiatives, including setting up and maintaining wellbeing spaces.
- Liaise with families to implement identified support strategies.
- Plan resources for wellbeing programs under guidance of senior staff members.
- Manage wellbeing processes, attending to first aid and behaviour incidents.
- Respond to student behaviour incidents, deescalating situations and gathering information for investigations.
- Model and support positive team dynamics through collaboration and connection.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in student wellbeing, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic school environment. You will thrive in a collaborative team and be ready to take on new challenges that align with your passion for education.
