\t* Provide expert, strategic, and 'people-centred' advice and guidance on complex or high-risk employee matters, including misconduct, performance management, company policies and procedures, enterprise agreement negotiations, contractual issues, industrial relations, termination of employment, and other legal requirements
\t* Monitor external trends, case law, and regulatory changes for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
\t* Advise on and guide the P&C team with the implementation of IR strategies to enhance leadership, technical expertise, and business management capability within the workforce
\t* Support knowledge and capability building for the wider P&C team and leaders on relevant IR topics by translating legislative cases to deliver key learnings of practical value to the business
\t* Develop and maintain policies, procedures, templates, and guides for use by the P&C team including enterprise agreement negotiations, offer letters, workplace investigations, performance management, termination of employment, and more
\t* Manage and advise on potential or actual external claims and other litigated people matters including Fair Work Commission and other regulatory bodies claims
\t* Assist the Head of People & Culture in developing and implementing IR initiatives and programs aligned with business strategies
\t* Deliver strategies on an initiative-taking basis to identify IR gaps with probable solutions

\t* Demonstrated experience with complex case management, workplace relations, and employment law
\t* Solid understanding of compliance practices, including the Fair Work Act and other relevant employment/industrial laws
\t* Tertiary qualifications in human resources, employment law, industrial relations, or a related discipline
\t* Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders on employee matters
\t* Strong customer service skills with excellent attention to detail and administration skills
\t* Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects, with exceptional written and verbal communications skills
\t* Full Australian working rights and willing to undergo National Police check
