Key Responsibilities- Provide technical product advice and support to customers, including product specifications, project management, and component selection.
- Assist sales teams with execution of sales plans, including preparation of product specifications and project management.
- Work closely with sales leaders to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Manage sales pipelines through sales force automation tools.
- Provide technical support and backup to customers on commissioning, product queries, and technical issues.
- Conduct product training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide engineering advice to consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop product literature and marketing materials.
- Communicate and coordinate activities with factory or suppliers on outstanding issues and product launches.
- Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Danfoss quality procedures.
- Liaise with Danfoss product specialists and maintain effective networks.
- Understand and analyze competitor information and liaise with internal stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and technical presentations as required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or refrigeration trade qualifications.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- High-level knowledge of product application in cooling systems, including testing and measurement equipment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Ability to work with international teams in a global matrix organization.
- Cooperative and excellent interpersonal skills.
