The People Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on collaborator to operations leadership in their allocated region, ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
This role supports operations by providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and performance management while also engaging in people projects relevant to their region.
The People Business Partner will collaborate closely with State Managers and Culinary Operations Coaches (Area Managers) to drive a positive culture, enhance employee engagement, and optimize operational performance.
Essential Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience, at least 4 years, in a Human Resources Business Partnering role within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced understanding of Australian employment law, award interpretation, and disciplinary management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
