Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Operations Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing business partnering and commercial support to stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. You will also own monthly performance reporting, ensuring that stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions.

About the Role
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

  • Providing best-in-class business partnering and commercial support

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A. They will have a proven track record of business partnering with senior stakeholders and advanced analytical skills.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A
  • Proven track record of business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical skills and comfort working in ambiguous environments
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

You will be a proactive and trusted partner who is excited to work closely across functions and help stakeholders understand how their actions drive commercial outcomes.
