Job Overview
The role involves providing exceptional guest experiences by managing all arrivals and lobby hosting, supporting the Reception and Switchboard teams, and coordinating day-to-day functions. Key responsibilities include handling complaints, managing bookings, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all guest arrivals and lobby hosting to ensure a seamless experience
- Assist and support the Reception and Switchboard teams
- Coordinate same day catering, audio visual and equipment requirements as requested by clients
- Manage bookings in MRBS, including making same day reservations, cancellations and amendments as per client requests
- Support Guest Relations Executives with feedback for performance reviews and ensuring set objectives are being met
- Maintain workspace and ensure operational standards are upheld and improved

Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
- Personal presentation is excellent, and able to handle complaints in an appropriate manner
- Experience in corporate or five-star hotel environments, or event management preferred
- Administrative skills in Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Excel and Outlook desirable
