Ambassador of Guest Experience
This role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service encounters that foster strong connections between clients and their guests.
As the primary point of contact in the lobby, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming employees and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services.
The Ambassador of Guest Experience maintains seamless operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support, and executes duties to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors, manage check-ins, and provide orientation at events
- Coordinate with security to ensure a safe environment
- Assist with event setup, manage guest lists, and offer on-site support
- Coordinate high-level visits and personalized experiences for executives and key clients
- Collect feedback, implement improvements, and enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate with various teams to align guest services with overall company objectives
- Maintain visitor records, prepare reports, and manage guest-related activities
For this position, we are seeking someone with experience working in Hospitality, Business Administration, or high-end corporate concierge or a related field.
You should also be flexible to accommodate varying work hours and weekend events as needed.
