Commercial Trainer

This is a hands-on, busy but rewarding position where you will aid individuals to achieve professional accreditations. You will conduct training in keeping with existing Training protocols and procedures, practices, methods, and delivery style.

The role of Commercial Trainer is part of a larger national not-for-profit organisation that delivers training to corporate and public clients. This organisation is seeking an experienced trainer who can deliver face-to-face training to a range of individuals across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • To conduct training in accordance with existing Training protocols and procedures, practices, methods, and delivery style.
  • Delivering face-to-face training to a range of individuals across Victoria.
  • Ensuring professional accreditation in compliance with Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Guidelines requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Demonstrated prior experience in training within an education or corporate environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven self-direction with organisation and planning skills and the ability to exercise initiative, discretion and judgement in working independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience and success with coaching and mentoring skills.
