About the Role:

We are seeking experienced trainers and assessors to deliver high-quality training and assessment services in various fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs, assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support students in their academic journey, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain knowledge of current industry developments and Training Packages.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher-level qualification in adult education.
  • Current industry skills and vocational competency at least to the level being delivered and/or assessed.
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
