Trainer and Educator

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Educator to deliver training and assessment across multiple areas within the health and community services industry.
This role involves delivering engaging training sessions, assessing learner competencies, providing guidance and support to learners, developing and updating training materials and resources, and maintaining accurate records of learner progress and assessment outcomes.
The successful candidate will have relevant professional industry experience, good computer literacy, and strong communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services
- CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental Health
- CHC43215 Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs
- CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
You will also be expected to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
