Overview

The role involves developing and executing the entire membership strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders across marketing, finance, sales, and operations.

  • Provide insights to the Acquisition, Relationship, and Retention teams using market intelligence and trends.
  • Engage with marketing to understand and prioritize drives, initiatives, and collateral to generate interest and demand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive membership growth plan.
  • Lead a team of professionals to enhance their capabilities and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in senior leadership roles related to sales, marketing, membership, or engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of growth achievements.
  • Experience managing large teams and overseeing budgets.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and engage positively with stakeholders.
