Job Description

As a technical expert in electro-mechanical systems, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our automated case picking solution. This includes troubleshooting complex issues, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and providing excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues to ensure system performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment operating efficiently and safely.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions during service activities.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and implement plans to boost asset performance and efficiency.
  • Lead training sessions to improve the technical skills of junior technicians.
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster their growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for an individual with strong analytical capabilities, mechanical/electrical fault-finding and fault-rectification skills, and experience in supporting automated systems. A degree or diploma in a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in using CMMS/WMS/WCS software and industry-related tools.
