About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Verification & Validation Manager to lead and shape our brand-new Verification & Validation department. As part of our dynamic and rapidly growing product development team, you will be responsible for building and managing a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for cutting-edge electro/mechanical/software devices and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verification & Validation Leadership: Proven experience in verification and validation with a strong background in management and team leadership
  • Department Setup: Expertise in setting up a V&V department/team from scratch, including planning and managing the setup and installation of a new department
  • Test Team Leadership: Hands-on approach to leading test teams, both internally and with external manufacturing partners, ensuring the quality and reliability of equipment and sub-assemblies
  • Equipment Calibration: Proficiency in calibrating new equipment and utilising software tools for product testing and protocols
  • Strategic Planning: Strategic planning and experience in leading a team in a fast-paced, agile environment

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. You should also have demonstrated experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, with a focus on electro/mechanical/software devices or systems.
