Job Description

The Reservations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the Rooms Division Manager and reservations team in end-to-end FIT and Groups Bookings process.

This hands-on position ensures guests receive the best pre-arrival experience by identifying peak moments to be set up for the broader team to deliver.

  • Coordinates all group business at the hotel, implementing strategies to maximise yield for the hotel.
  • Supports the reservations team in managing FIT and Group bookings.
  • Ensures accurate reporting and efficient processing within time constraints.
  • Collaborates with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
  • Stays up-to-date with market trends and hotel operations to drive revenue growth.
