**Job Description** A career that lets your passion shine**:
As Reservations Manager, you will play a key role in optimising hotel occupancy and driving revenue. You'll guide and support the reservations team, converting inquiries into bookings and ensuring smooth operations. Working closely with the Revenue Manager, you'll manage pricing, monitor availability, and enhance guest experiences by promoting upselling. With a focus on seamless arrivals, reporting, and team development, you'll ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional stay from the very start.
**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience in a supervisory or managerial position (preferable in groups within a luxury brand) with a proven record of effective customer complaints management
- You are well organised individual, who can work well independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Opera, Micros or similar PMS/POS
- You have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written English
- You are flexible to work on a roster, where some weekend or evening work may be required.
