Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Hotel Reservations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for optimizing hotel occupancy and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and support the reservations team in converting inquiries into bookings and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager to manage pricing, monitor availability, and enhance guest experiences by promoting upselling.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably in luxury brands, with a proven record of effective customer complaints management.
  • Well-organized individual who can work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Opera, Micros, or similar PMS/POS.
  • Exceptional communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Flexibility to work on a roster, including some weekend or evening shifts.
