Senior Contract Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to lead the administration of construction contracts for our multi-stage residential development in Sydney's west.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a landmark project and work closely with a highly experienced team.

  • About the Role:
  • Lead the administration of construction contracts in line with project objectives and compliance standards.
  • Oversee budgets, track costs, manage forecasts, and ensure financial reporting accuracy.
  • Manage tender preparation, evaluation, and subcontractor negotiations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage variations, progress claims, RFIs, and all contract-related correspondence.
  • Support and guide junior CAs, ensuring high standards across the team.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator, with recent senior-level exposure.
  • A proven track record on large-scale Class 2 residential or mid-tier commercial projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency with contract management software.
