Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer onboarding journey to ensure a seamless pre & post settlement experience
  • Drive solution-based sales activity and promote cross-selling opportunities
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Support procedure improvements to achieve optimal operational, compliance and credit productivity

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification is essential
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and services is required
  • Experience working in customer service or sales environments is advantageous
  • A proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets is necessary
  • Superior customer service skills are essential
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills are necessary
