We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead in the planning, management, and delivery of building assets. This pivotal role requires strategic thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities- Critically assess demand across the portfolio and develop tailored solutions to meet community needs.
- Develop and implement effective capital works and preventative maintenance programs, ensuring building assets meet expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide support and advice, informing decisions that impact the built environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Asset Management, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Current Class C Drivers Licence.
- Construction Induction (White Card).
- Demonstrated expertise in asset management and consultant management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A dynamic team environment with opportunities for growth and development.
- The chance to make a meaningful impact on the community's built environment.
