SwitchCo Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize financial resources and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and internal policies
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement and technology
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the efficient operation of office administration and support functions
- Lead HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans
- Align with SwitchCo's values and culture, prepared to put in the work needed to achieve outstanding results
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership, influencing and motivating others to achieve outstanding results
