About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Practice Manager to join our team at SwitchCo Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize financial resources and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement and technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the efficient operation of office administration and support functions.
  • Lead HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.
