Senior Dam Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the design and development of dams and water infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have expertise in structural analysis, design, and construction support services.
- Structural analysis and review of concrete dams, spillways and appurtenant structures.
- Conceptual to detailed design of dams and structural components of dams.
- Inspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams.
- Construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data and construction reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dam engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated capability in structural design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You enjoy developing and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients as well as the local industry, whether through project work, client initiatives or industry associations.
