Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team of experts delivering critical infrastructure projects across Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in structural analysis and design, particularly in the dam industry. You will work closely with specialists nationally and internationally to deliver complex projects that make a real impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting structural analysis and review of concrete dams, spillways, and appurtenant structures.
  • Developing conceptual to detailed designs of dams and structural components.
  • Inspecting, investigating, and assessing the condition of existing dams.
  • Providing construction support services, including inspections and quality control.
  • Preparing tenders and proposals and mentoring junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capability in structural design, preferably within the dam industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and local industry partners.
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
