Job Title: Music and Disability Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our music and disability program. The ideal candidate will have experience in program facilitation, working with individuals living with disabilities, and a strong understanding of music and dance.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young adults with disabilities. As a Music and Disability Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and leading engaging music and dance programs that promote empowerment and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality music and dance programs that cater to the needs of participants
  • Lead and coordinate program activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all
  • Foster positive relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals living with disabilities, preferably in a program facilitation or support role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with participants
  • Creativity and innovation in program design, with a focus on engagement and empowerment
