- Develop and maintain a structured sales plan to drive new product and revenue opportunities with existing customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management.
- Development
- Drive business development activities to achieve growth and increase revenues through new solutions and services.
- Provide competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Build and leverage a network of customers and industry contacts to drive business growth.
- Sales Support Activity
- Contribute to improved sales support processes and systems to ensure effective execution of sales targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sales activities and achieve commercial objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales activity reporting and data management.
- Account Management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to drive new product and revenue opportunities.
- Achieve expected revenue, profitability, and satisfaction levels with customers.
- Maintain a high level of functional knowledge of the GDS and Amadeus product portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience working within the travel industry.
- Understanding of account management and business development principles.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand commercial implications of technical issues.
- Ability to compile and adhere to a structured sales plan.
- Knowledge of online booking tools and corporate or business-to-business travel.
- Confidence in communication and self-management.
