  • Sales Support Activity
    • Contribute to improved sales support processes and systems to ensure effective execution of sales targets.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sales activities and achieve commercial objectives.
    • Ensure accurate and timely sales activity reporting and data management.
  • Account Management
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to drive new product and revenue opportunities.
    • Achieve expected revenue, profitability, and satisfaction levels with customers.
    • Maintain a high level of functional knowledge of the GDS and Amadeus product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience working within the travel industry.
  • Understanding of account management and business development principles.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand commercial implications of technical issues.
  • Ability to compile and adhere to a structured sales plan.
  • Knowledge of online booking tools and corporate or business-to-business travel.
  • Confidence in communication and self-management.
