Commercial Director

The Commercial Director – Snacks will lead the Australian and New Zealand Snacks category with P&L responsibilities, reporting directly to the Managing Director ANZ.
Your Responsibilities- Lead a cross-functional team of Marketing, Trade Marketing, Demand & Supply, and Finance with four direct reports.
- Develop and execute the business plan to achieve top-line and bottom-line growth, overseeing in-market executions, including ATL and BTL activations.
- Portfolio planning - category and brand planning.
- Lead communication execution, media strategy, and planning processes, and execute media plans.
- Be a member of the Leadership Team, playing a role in shaping culture and engagement across the organization.
You are a degree- and/or MBA-qualified professional with 15+ years of experience in a senior capacity within the consumer-packaged goods/food industry, with Snacking Impulse Category experience.
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Route-To-Market Excellence.
- Business acumen, including Finance and Demand Planning.
- Marketing Fundamentals.
- Team Leadership.
- Experience in leading Customer Teams.
- Operating in a multi-cultural, matrix environment.
