Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Senior Marketing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, aligned with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet operational needs and align with the company's business model.
  • Analyze market trends, manage user acquisition, oversee customer experience, and develop customer management systems.
  • Evaluate team performance against targets, adjust operational strategies as needed, and establish effective management protocols.
  • Lead in planning, strategy, and execution of expansion initiatives to drive traffic, revenue growth, brand awareness, and increase loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Extensive local network in Australia and commitment to long-term regional development.
  • Excellent English language skills and familiarity with the Australia market trends and culture.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated learner, team player with innovative thinking and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Outstanding business analysis, comprehension, and logical thinking skills. Mature experience in merchant marketing systems and methodologies.
  • Experience in launching new projects and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
