Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with global and local objectives, focusing on Haematology and Solid Tumours.
  • Oversee product launches and indication extensions across therapeutic areas, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, develop emerging talent, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing plans that drive engagement and conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive pharmaceutical marketing experience (8-10 years) with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership in complex environments with high learning agility, driving business outcomes through collaboration and strategic thinking.
  • Strong oncology expertise, with a deep understanding of the latest treatments and therapies.
