About the Opportunity

The Quality, Audit, and Assurance Lead oversees the implementation and ongoing management of NT PHN's Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.

  • Ongoing management of NT PHN's Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
  • Implementation and ongoing management of NT PHN's Information Security Management System to meet ISO 27001:2022 certification requirements.
  • Implementation of an organisation-wide audit schedule, overseeing external audits and conducting internal audits as required, and monitoring and closure of recommendations and corrective actions from Audits conducted internally and externally across NT PHN.

This role interacts with teams across the organisation to deliver key quality and information security outcomes, close corrective actions arising from audits in a timely manner, drive continuous improvement, and maintain certification against relevant ISO Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
  • Implement and manage the Information Security Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 27001:2022 certification requirements.
  • Develop and implement an organisation-wide audit schedule to ensure regular audits and monitoring of corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in the delivery of ISO Systems in an assurance role.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering successful assurance activities, quality management systems, quality assurance and auditing, and/or information security management systems within a not-for-profit, government, or similarly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, data management, and knowledge of project management principles.
