About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Capabilities Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring our commercial teams have the most effective and appropriate training to exceed customer expectations.

This role will be the catalyst for breakthrough performance and capability development. You will partner with brand Heads of BU/BU Managers and other cross-functional partners to train and execute key commercial programs with high performance and high integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, analyze, and identify priority commercial skills and capability gaps
  • Develop and execute performance strategies within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors
  • Run upskilling sessions for In-Field Teams based on learning needs and skills gaps
  • Define and drive consistent standards of performance and behavior for In-Field Team Capabilities
Essential Knowledge & Experience
  • Demonstrated success in the development and execution of performance strategies within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors
  • Leadership abilities and experience in sales force effectiveness
  • Planning and project management skills
  • Effective change management and growth mindset
  • Ability to work closely with commercial employees in the field
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
  • 5 years relevant commercial pharma experience
  • Awareness of or experience with digital and multichannel sales concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
Education/Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing and/or Business
  • Life Sciences/Pharmacy qualifications preferred
  • Cert IV of better skills and training certificate
