
Rostering and Planning Support Specialist

Job Summary: The Rostering and Planning Support Advisor plays a vital role in the AFP's Business Services branch, supporting the development and implementation of rostering and time recording practices across the organization.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to Band 4 Team Members to achieve operational goals
- Monitor workload distribution, addressing bottlenecks and workflow issues
- Support compliance checks to ensure adherence to the AFP Governance Framework
- Assist with the administration and management of the Quintiq Community of Practice
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction
- Respond to complex queries and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to policy and procedure development and review
Requirements:
- Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Highly developed organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve outcomes in a challenging environment
