We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager with proven expertise in technology and systems to lead strategic initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs, including transformations, Enterprise Simplification, and Strategic Data Quality programs
- Define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with commercial goals
- Oversee cloud migration initiatives such as application migrations, involving large-scale infrastructure and application transitions
- Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery
- Implement agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices across delivery teams
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management across business and technology domains
- Monitor program success metrics including cadence, cost, and value realization
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 20+ years' experience managing complex IT programmes and 5+ years with technology and systems
- Demonstrated success in managing complex IT & Network transformation programs
- Deep understanding of commercial models, IT solutioning, and operational practices
- Experience with data governance, analytics platforms, and enterprise-wide transformation
- Proven ability to lead agile delivery teams and implement SAFe practices
