A Senior People and Culture Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's people strategy, working closely with leaders to drive initiatives that promote a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and cultivate a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Job DescriptionAs a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance on all aspects of people management, including talent development, performance management, culture building, and employee relations. You will analyze data and trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shaping and delivering people and culture programs that meet strategic and operational deliverables
- Providing high-quality advice and support to management and staff on all people management processes and ER matters
- Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and cultivate a culture of inclusivity and respect
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
Requirements:
- Extensive generalist and/or business partner HR experience (over 5 years) across a diverse range of P&C specialties
- Demonstrated successes in translating people and culture programs into meaningful solutions for key clients
- Profound understanding of employment legislation, industrial agreements, and associated processes
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including advanced negotiation capabilities
