Rauland is seeking an experienced and commercially minded People & Culture Business Partner to join our growing team during an exciting scale-up phase. This is a greenfield opportunity to design, digitise, and embed core HR policies, processes, and frameworks that will shape the way we work for years to come.
Reporting to the GM – People & Culture, this role works closely with our Talent and Capability partners to ensure alignment across all people practices. You will play a critical role in building sustainable people systems, driving a performance culture, and embedding a culture plan that supports organisational growth.
You will bring a balance of commercial acumen, strong ER knowledge, and the ability to influence and engage leaders in building scalable solutions.

How you will contribute towards our successResponsibilities
- Redesign and digitise HR policies, processes, templates, and systems to enable scale and efficiency.
- Partner with leaders to deliver people solutions aligned to business needs.
- Provide advice on ER, performance management, conduct, and policy.
- Support remuneration reviews, benefits, and employee variations.
- Support structured onboarding and deliver offboarding processes.
- Drive engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Partner with HSE on return-to-work and wellbeing.
- Produce workforce reporting, analytics, and insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and values.
- Drive cultural transformation through an embedded culture plan and engagement initiatives.
- HR/IR tertiary qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a HR/People Partner in a growth, transformation, or scale-up professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge and extensive experience of ER, performance management, and policy design.
- Experience developing and embedding frameworks, culture initiatives, and scalable people practices.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform workforce planning.
- Strong influencing, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
