Aircraft Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Boeing Defence Australia's (BDA) Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services Capability. As an Aircraft Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for the maintenance, modifications, servicing, inspections, testing and fault-finding on aircraft systems.

You will collaborate with the MRO team to ensure efficient task completion, ensure compliance within the DASR Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) regulations, foster effective communication and coordination with industry teams, and ensure Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, aircraft maintenance/modification operating procedures, and meticulous documentation practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Armament), be an Australian Citizen to meet Defence security requirements, and hold a current driver's licence. Previous experience working with Military aircraft is desirable, as well as holding a CASA or DASA Maintenance Licence.

This role may require travel and periods working away from home. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a different environment while carrying out the duties of the role.
