The Role

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be adaptable, have a 'can-do' attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • A degree in Engineering or a STEM-related discipline.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering management, ideally with 10+ years in a professional setting.
  • Strong technical expertise in aircraft or spacecraft systems.
  • Experience growing and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • A supportive leadership style that empowers others and drives results.
  • A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking approach to the future of aerospace.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
